PRICING
The price of each product will be the price indicated on our website at the relevant time, except in cases of obvious error. While we make every effort to ensure that all prices displayed on the website are accurate, errors may occasionally occur.
If we discover an error in the price of any item you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and any amounts already paid will be refunded in full.
We are under no obligation to provide products at an incorrect lower price (even after a Shipping Confirmation has been sent) if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognized as incorrect.
REFUSAL OF AN ORDER
We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any materials or content on the website.
Although we will make every effort to process all orders, exceptional circumstances may arise that require us to refuse the processing of an order after a Confirmation of Order has been issued. We reserve the right to do so at any time and at our sole discretion.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for withdrawing any product from this website, whether or not such product has been sold, for removing or modifying any material or content on the website, or for refusing to process an order after a Confirmation of Order has been sent.
SHIPPING
Orders can be delivered to the address of your choice (home, workplace, etc.) and shipped worldwide.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Orders are shipped via courier service.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email including your order details and the necessary information to track your shipment.
Estimated delivery times are:
Spain (mainland): approximately 8 business days from order confirmation. In the event of delays, customers will be notified.
Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands & International orders: approximately 10–15 business days.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
